About

A new year gives you a fresh start—but what you do with the first 90 days matters.

At January’s Coffee with a Coach , Christina Martin, CLC, CSSGB, will help you start the year with intention by focusing on the priorities, expectations and early wins that can build momentum for you and your team.

We’ll talk about how to get clear on what matters most, communicate expectations, create focus and avoid letting another year immediately become “business as usual.”

Then we’ll move from workshop to live coaching , giving you the opportunity to talk through the real situations you're facing.

Meet Your Coach: Christina is an award-winning small business owner, author, certified coach and trainer, and motivational speaker. Through Christina Coaches, she helps leaders ditch doubt, think bigger and take bold action using practical tools, real talk and a healthy dose of humor.

Start your year with more than good intentions. Start it with a plan.
